It's generally the same phone dsiine. However, the main differing feature for me are the different keyboards. The Curve has a full QWERTY keyboard, which is just like the keyboard you have on your computer. However the Pearl has a half-QWERTY keyboard, with two letters on each button. This can make typing really difficult until you get used to it. Many people have to get new phones within their first week because they can't stand the Pearl's keyboard. I would wait until you can get the Curve, you will be more satisfied. Thanks,Magic T.
